Good job to the person who design the cover... now I have to start saving money for it.
So you buy teas based on the wrapper?
Well, I have to admit some I do buy because I like the wrapper / box / shape. I have a few of such in my collection. Never got the chance to drink it yet.
You should just get them to sell the wrapper to you when they're done with the sample cake.
I smell packaging designer needed in Yunnan for top $$$

Speaking of selling wrapper, I heard from someone that somebody bought 50s red mark wrapper for quite a big amount of money. I couldn't remember the figure, but I remembered it is a crazy amount of money paid for just a wrapper.

It would be cool if he sent some of those cakes to Hong Kong for awhile and then re-listed them in a few years so we could compare them.

Currently drinking Nada's Shupu. Not quite as great as last time but darn good nonetheless. Long huigan, complex flavor, tough to describe the taste but it's not woody or earthy. Seems to lean toward citrus with heavy bottom flavors to round it out.

Here's a photo I snapped after a session of Hou De's 2005 Mingyuan Hao Yiwu. Looks like spaghetti.

Revisited loose ripe 1994 Zhang Xiang from Bana and im think starting to like this one. My first impression of it was that it was bland and boring but cheap. This time around it was full of talcum goodness. I love that basement storage flavor and aroma. The 80's 7572 i'm brewing right now has even more of it. Only rinsed once.

2011 Xia Guan Mushroom FT - Quite a nice tea. Tasted light/mild and gives a sweet aftertaste. Even with soaking, it can still be drank easily.

2011 Xia Guan Golden Melon FT 100g vs 250g - Few of us tasted it and agrees that though the name is same, but the taste is different. 100g seems younger, and 250g seems slightly older/smoother. Both gives the very typical XiaGuan smokey smell and taste. If is quite strong tea. A good keep for aging.

Wild White Puerh Bud - Flowish Sweet taste. Doesn't at all taste like puerh. More towards flower (rose) tea kind of taste
