Ikuyo-no-mukashi Matcha from Ippodo. Somehow with my ippodo order I went from worried I would be out of Japanese greens for a month before Shincha, to worrying how I'm going to finish all of this before Shincha.

Currently sipping on Miyabi from O-Cha. just finished a bag of the yutaka midori, and the miyabi is not stacking up... I usually enjoy any tea that I'm drinking, but after a really good batch there's a feeling of missing something when moving on to the next...

Kamairicha tea day repeat of same sessions last night, but this time at work. Tsuyobi Shiage followed by Okumidori, 3 infusions each. Nice contrast. Good to finish with the okumidori, that one is really nice, loved the wild flower/boazhongeeness

This was a remix batch from s new source caused by the problems in Japan. Kevin mentioned on his forum that he hopes the original Miyabi will be back by Shincha ...

I've been drinking 2011 Kiwami shincha and Kotobuki maccha for the last two weeks, and last night tasted a Yamashita Nomigoro from the 2010 sampler. Someone's gotta drink up those old greens
