Please, the resounding silence after his lame brain posts is more eloquent than any words. I vote that you delete your reply. It's too long for anyone to ever read anyway without getting at least a college credit or two for it.

That's the reason he never really offends me. I just stop reading after a line or two.

[/i]Well, Geekgirl seems to be vying for the same reading style. Whew. Please, the dignity of a response is not required, GGU.
Hehe. sorry.

I am again inclined to remove the topic from the forum pending review.

He does not get that the forum is not the place to appeal to his conviction.

We contacted him directly, I only wish he had the courtesy to return the favor.
blah blah blah SENCHA blah blah blah!!!

Stand by - he has to have the last word.

I think a Mod edit is in order - his whole last quote and response and his last line is argumentative and meant to further agitate.

Oh c'mon, I'm just trying to help MaryR with her "strike 3." (Not really, that's a joke folks!)

Make a deal with ya: The one I just posted will be my last reply to Britt in this thread. I cannot be held responsible for future threads if he makes the same unsubstantiated accusations.

I'm still in utter shock about his post in the teavana tin thread.

I love how he's blaming the tin on the flavor from his sencha being gone while he's leaving it out in his very hot and humid apartment :P Yeah totally the container.. yeah really.

There is something out of whack in that guy's head. Toying with him isn't even fun. It's too much like bear baiting. I know that Victoria is right about this ... there is one more volley coming, and I really hope he exhibits uncharacteristic maturity.

Seriously, I know what you mean. And in here I'm joking about it, but my response to him is not intended to be toying. I am 100% serious or I would not have taken the time.

If there are indeed toxins in the run-of-the-mill $9.99 pots, I would really like to see credible information regarding toxicity. It's not a trivial subject, but unsubstantiated rumors do not help the situation.

I think his line that says common sense should sometimes trump scientific results is telling. Isn't this almost the definition of paranoid delusion? You can find similar "this is so because I have convinced myself that it is" arguments in many of his posts, the cherry bark container ones being the most recent.

I was assigned, but I had trouble finding organic and when I did, the butter was made from cows with hormones, so I nixed the whole idea.

Maybe someone has that ziplock baggie of discarded cheap tea Britt passed on we can brew up??

I'm too cheap to throw away the cheap tea that I buy to get the tin. Pesticides and GMOs be damned.
