Kame uber strong can be whatever you want it to be ... as long as it does not require rushing and be able to sit down for when the, ...
must ... sit ... down ... now ... ," moment hits!

Marukyu Koyamaen,Yukisaibai Maccha Ginro...
not sure what to make of this yet, it has a different flavor profile from any other matcha I have ever tried. It's not bitter or astringent, it also doesn't have any marine notes, I am going to have to give this some more sessions to understand whats going on. I would do it now but I have already had my limit of matcha... any more and I will be restless before bed. would love to hear from anyone who has tried this.

Green tea is served in sushi bars, konacha was in the process of processing the highest quality sencha. It is characterized by fresh and rich bouquet of fragrance. Ideal cleanses the taste buds, allowing you to fully enjoy all the flavors of dishes served in succession, and especially the fish served in sushi.

More of Maiko's organic sencha. It can really compete with their conventionally grown sencha. Pretty amazing. Will definitely buy again.

This tea is quite unlike the classic teas from Nepal because of both the leaf-like appearance of the Japanese mountain sencha (Yamacha), and the list shall be subject to slight roasted (Asamushi) to interrupt the oxidation process. This process is carried out for 30-60 seconds and is called a mild roasted is in contrast to the type fukamushi, where the interruption of the leaves oxidation process takes longer.
The result is a tea with a higher content of caffeine, more aromatic and larger leaves.
Tea, however, is devoid of the classic flavors of the sea and the forest known from Japanese teas. She has, however, a unique yet simple good green tea free of large tart and pleasantly sweet and bitter.

Its very cheap. 2/3$ / 50g. And its excelent for daily drinking, when we havent time.
Its a good shop. They profit its a minimal, or zero. They have a good quality teas, like a oolong from master.

Am working on two 2012 first flush greens:
Imperial Pure Bud Bi Luo Chun from Yunnan Sourcing and Meng Ding Gan Lu from TeaSpring.
Both so far have been excellent. Just standard "gaiwan-ing" it... nothing special.

Thanks to Jess, I was able to try those two teas she listed above. I just had the Meng Ding Gan Lu, and I prefer it over the yunnan green, at least for now until the shincha gets here.

It's gonna be party time at this house soon!

Mmm I love that tea! So flavorful I always forget it's an organic! Unfortunately, I have been holding off on Sencha in anticipation for my first Shincha. Really missing it!
