Hagi SO 14 "SnowDrifts" is set to go live on Thursday 12/23/10 at 6 pm Eastern. I have to say, these are dramatic and beautiful ... let me know what you think. SO 14 will feature a new Hagi artisan to the SO program.

My first piece from AN, which I got from my parents for Christmas... its wonderful and I would say rather similar to the Hagi SO hohin in terms of size.

Gyokuro setup featuring a Yamane Seigan guinomi, older Banko teapot, Petr Novak water cooler, Japanese futaoki with Korean gourd strainer. All on Vietnamese lacquer tray with inlaid eggshell.

My Deishi guinomi is staining ever so slowly but the inside looks rather cool now. Although the outside really shows no sign staining yet.

this is a known type but I can't recall what Seigan or one of his marketers calls it.
