Trent, I love your kettles, especially the tetsubin from Artistic Nippon, but how do you plug them in?

Oh, I really like this one! btw, you can order direct from tokoname 2009 catalog at:

If you can't find what you want in the catalog it is possible to email them with a picture of one you like and they can tell you what catalog number to order.
Email who? And any suggestions on which number is volume and which is price...and how to convert to ml/oz and USD?

You can find ordering info and email here:
http://www.tokoname.or.jp/teapot/

The volume code is the Second number - the price is the Third.
You can find the volume code at the top of about every other page,
the code number will translate into ml.

It's really not so bad once you get the hang of it. As wyardley suggested you will a currency converter to find the exact amount, but you can estimate by using the first
two numbers as dollars and adding a few. Since the exchange rate is: 1 JPY = 0.0109156 USD.

Thanks. My boss (Brigitte Harney) is a lefty, and I see not one, but TWO lefty kyusus in that catalogue. I might have to get her one. ^_^

Now that is a gift that would be very much appreciated!

And once you see how easy it really is - and how nice the pots are,
you will be tempted to continue!

I've got a new yixing, kyusu and gaiwan on the way but I got new more new additions this weekend.

Any ideas on what would be a good tea to dedicate it to? The walls are pretty thick compared to the one I'm currently using for dan cong.

My boyfriend bought me this adorable pot for Valentine's Day. I think it was really just so he could get it back when we move in together :P

Very nice items, Victoria. I have that Hagi yunomi; probably my favourite cup for sencha. Just the right size and very pleasant to drink from. Hope you enjoy it!

Thanks Brian! This is my second (yunomi) one, I used it everyday at work until I broke it a few months ago. I didn't think I would miss it as much as I did, but I couldn't shake the feeling till I ordered MORE!! Ha!

Best method. You don't even need to use "convert."
