Bei Dou Yi Hao from the Chinaman's shop in 5 Elements, Jalan Sultan, Kuala Lumpur,
Really delightful fragrance and earthy, roasty mineral notes.
But even with a slightly more than half full Yixing, I only get 5 good infusions.
Aroma and Fragrance exceeds the other BDYH I have from 4 different sources, including Essence Of Tea, but body, texture and longevity of brewing are disappointing.
When I know what I am getting ( I should do by now - it is my 5th or 6th session with this tea) I should find it exquisite. But dipping and diving between my various BDYH supplies, I tend to forget that this is much more delicate than the others, and usually end up a little deflated.
Lessons that are learned should be remembered

for if I am in the right mood this is a great tea, but when I am looking for a warming, comforting, lengthy session I should select one of the others.
