Genius! I never would've thought of this. And yes, sometimes I think it would be fortunate to not be affected by caffeine (especially when I'm in the mood for one of my white teas in the evening, but I've tried it before and regretted it later).
And yet there the times when we want to be affected by the caffeine, right?
It is just annoying when we want our tea and we want it NOW!!! Those are the times when we likely cannot auch as in the later evening or night.

Well of course OOLONG reigned supreme today.
Specifically DaYuLing from Floating Leaves Tea. I had it
hot and iced today, both times excellent.

There simply hasn't been enough tea in my cup today. It's quite stressful around here at the moment: I'm about to head off to school and start my semester work in a few days, starting to move out of my mother's house and into an apartment (finally!), and have family visiting. So tired.
Relaxing with a mug of Den's Houjicha. Green, I choose you.

Green for me. I've been drinking a lot of sencha, bancha, and some longjing.
I've also gotten hooked on Genmai Cha, and even a bagged Twig Tea (weird, I know.)
Glass brewing some of these has been pretty fun/educational as well.

Weird??? As long as it is C.S. and not garden mulch, I would not say that is weird at all. Although your learning curve has proven to be quite "steep" in that you have come a long way in a short time.

I'm away from home and teawares visiting family in Houston so I haven't had any tea in a few days. Woe is me! I've been drinking wine instead.
I chose green because it's my #1 choice when I do have tea.

Oh, I only mean that it's weird in the fact that it's twig tea, but bagged, so it's more like a nub tea lol It is definitely Camellia Sinensis though, organic and Fair Trade, by Choice Organic Teas, I believe they're based in Seattle.

with the tea world being so big, i limited myself to japanese green teas and oolongs (especially taiwan oolongs).
Once i master those universe i will move on to a new tea type... or may be just change country... It will take my whole life to taste everything which aint a bad idea...
