I observed that Suzuki Morihisa has a site http://www.suzukimorihisa.com/htdocs_e/work.html
She sells all kind of iron teaware, at astronomical price though, but as Hojo wrote those are good for all kind of tea and special.
Horaido sells a Yamagata tetsubin for 240 $ that is just irresitable to me.

The owner makes special orders from porcelain manufacurers, you cannot find the same qualiy porcelain on ebay, picures cannot show the detail of the craftmanship, for example at the base of the transparently thin cup, is polished in two diffrent angles, and the houhin and yuzamashi are made from thicker porcelain, of course it doesn`t make much a diffrence in brewing tea, but aestetically it is more pleasing.
And try their teas, you can arrange regular airmail shipping, and the qualiy is great, you cannot find asamushi from Uji at that price.

It is true it is sometimes difficult to buy judging from pictures but with some experience and patience you can find some really nice houhins on auction.
I can assure you than these two houhins sets fit your criteria. The cups are so thin you could crush them in your hand. Perhaps the reason why the second set has only two cups...
I got each of them for less than 100$ (although my maximal bid was quite higher but auctions ending a few days before the end of the month are usually easier to be won).
