Well, to paraphrase teamuse, if you're going to sling mud, please don't do it anonymously. It just makes you look like a coward. If you have someithing to say to me, please don't do it in a public forum. You can PM me very simply on this site. Perhaps you and I could work out our problems in a more civil manner? It is impossible to defend myself against such things when nothing specific is mentioned. Perhaps you and I need to have a priviate little chat to see where the problem began.

Marlene,

I think people enjoy inciting you because you're so original and interesting in your comebacks! I feel like we all get baited here by others to engage in battle and all it does is create smoke and commotion.

Some people out there feel wronged by Adagio. The fact that almost everyone else in the universe is treated so well and fairly angers these dissenters only more--why are they not included in the spectacular service parade? Must we be all brain-washed?

I don't know why these people come here and say mean things to justify their anger with Adagio. I suppose it's cheaper than therapy. Or they genuinely are so upset and outraged and feel so powerless to voice that rage, that they post here.

Certainly, Adagio seems to turn a deaf ear to disgruntlement. I suppose it's that they can't afford to please all of the people all of the time or understand or accept criticism from a totally neutral viewpoint. And we enjoy better service, lower prices, and such because of that deliberate choice. This makes us the target for attack.

I don't want Adagio to need to lock-down TeaChat or require fingerprints and DNA to post. Martial law is always a great way to destroy a community.

Please, don't take any anonymous comments personally. It's just someone reacting to a perception of persona they gleaned from reading a few choice posts.

It's embarrassing to them that they posted such a statement about you and Adagio in public. Why would they want to identify themselves? We wouldn't take anything else they ever said seriously, after all.

Will Gladly Welcome Guest to Apologize,

Jing Cha

ps -- I am sorry, Guest, that you are disenchanted. You have a right to be so. Please don't take it out in clever, scatching posts.

For those of you that have successfully enrolled in the Tea Chef program:

Do you receive an e-mail when/if they decide to accept you?

I'm just wondering whether or not I should re-submit my request to join the March program, or if I should just be patient, and wait until March to see if I'm going to get a sample. I made the request about a week ago.

I'd really like to enter for March, since I have a recipe in mind for the keemun. Haven't tried it yet, and I don't have any of Adagio's keemun to experiment with, but I'd love to give it a go.
