Probably not going to be gifting tea this year as those I am close to don't seem to appreciate such gifts (tho they occasionally appreciate my sharing tea).
On the other hand, I do hope to receive the gift of tea! (well, one can hope).
edit - almost forgot - in my cuppa today, 1st was organic matcha kaoru supreme, followed by 3 infusions of rishi's organic ancient snow sprout, followed by (so far) 1 infusion of rishi's organic hongqing special (yep, you guessed it, i gotta pkg from rishi this week :D )
Maybe another attempt at that organic kukicha next?
another edit - thought I'd share images of the hongqing (2nd infusion):

Cheers, and happy tea day to all of you. :)

Absolutely. My three out-of-town daughters would be disappointed if I didn't.

Nothing in the cup at the moment, but there was Longjing and a bit of white tea earlier in the day, and in a few minutes probably some Dancong in a new little Yixing pot I'm currently breaking in.

I plan to give more of the little rose bud than real tea. I somewhat believe many non-tea-drinkers would be more willing to brew those little roses than brewing some loose leaves.

Last year I got my daughter an IngenuiTea and tea to go with it, and also sent her a bunch of samples of teas that I had, so I think she's still good for a while. I don't think anyone else would really appreciate it.

On Thanksgiving I made my mom a cup of Nilgiri Glendale Handmade, and she was just "oh, that's good, honey." She's a dyed-in-the-wool coffee drinker, but it was nice of her to be polite! :D Or else I don't make tea that well. :?

This morning I had some Keemun Rhapsody and at work some Big Red Robe Oolong. Definitely not enough tea today, but it's too late now to add to my caffeine level.

Great TD!

Though I was not originally planning on giving tea to people for the holidays, fortune smiled on me and I ended up with an extra 4oz of Earl Grey. It has already been put in a spare Adagio tin, labeled with instructions and wrapped up to give to my father. Strong, black Earl Grey is the main tea that he drinks so it should be a much appreciated gift.
