Okay, now I'm thinking it would be better to try some of these 2 oz. samples from puerhshop.com:

Which do you folks suggest we try? I think that DH would prefer cooked over raw.

There are only ripe puerh in this list. Did you ask for it ?

Yes. I think he's more interested ripe/cooked than raw.
