Just be aware and beware and do not fall for their aggressive sales tactics. They particularly like to take advantage of newbies to tea.

I am a newbie to tea but have always liked tea. I have searched all over the internet and can't find a competitor to Teavana. What would be their closes equal or competitor? And, what do you call a place like this (lounge? Shop? Store? Restaurant?)
