That sounds interesting... how does it work?

Seems that every available space was taken so we created more ... and more. One thing I found out a long time ago with tea and teaware, out of siight is definitely out of mind. Thus I want to be able to see as much as possible, and of course it has to look appealing.

I would say that half the kitchen is "dedicated" to tea and teaware ... mostly Japanese. The next room, a psuedo living room has an area dedicated to other teawares and teas, mostly Chinese.

So, pretty set for now.

Began the TD with a second trial tasting of organic Kabuse from O-Cha, this stuff is really bangin'. One of the best organics I have tried. Served up in a Deishi Shira Wan. Next up, a tasting with Mrs. Chip of Zencha Fuga LE served up in Seigan Ice Split.

Next ... :?:

Update: Adagio's Oriental Spice as post-dinner tea. Just one of the new ones left to go, I'm debating trying it tonight or waiting until tomorrow. At this point I'll probably wait until tomorrow.

I have a whole "treasure chest" full of tea, which is actually a bad thing because I'm afraid some flavors will "seep" into others, even though they are separated by tins/bags/whatever. I lead a hard life, I know :)
