I would have to go with under 25 and very specialized. As time goes on I am finding myself narrowing my tea focus to what I enjoy most. So my ideal tea vendor would be one who specializes in upper end shu puerh tea.

TD started with genmai extra from dens (always hits the spot
) . Just finished some assam melody and now I'm fixing darjeeling #22 both from adagio.

Less than 25 and very speciallized. As several people have already said I don't trust vendors with too many teas. I feel like there are more opportunties for mistakes and I would question the freshness and whether they really know where each tea came from.
