Re: How to post photos on TeaChat?
How do you post a picture without the extra info displayed as seen below? Or is this only visible to the poster? Thanks in advance

Well the directions are on the first page of this thread!
You have to host it your yourself on an online photo
program, or post a direct link from a website.

Re: How to post photos on TeaChat?
Got an error message today while trying to upload an image using TeaChat uploading tool. Size and resolution are within standard limits (<256 Kb, 500x333). I just did as usual.
I got this message :
"The image file you tried to attach is invalid."

This feature is presently not working, and our moderator is aware and working with forum tech support to fix it.

It appears that attachments are again functioning. Give it a try.
Since attachments are working, adding avatars should also work.
Check this out and let me know how you make out.

Re: How to post photos on TeaChat?
Hi, I'm trying to link my image from 'free image hosting' website. I tried all the embedded links but all failed. Could you kindly teach me how to do it. I prefer using this as the pictures will not expire. Thanks.

Re: How to post photos on TeaChat?
Which photohoster are you using? The photos must be smaller than 640 pixels wide for a photohoster photo to post.
For an attachment, I think I set it for 500 pixels wide.
If using a photohoster, you must use the image link. You can do this several ways, but your image link must be like this with the img code before and after.
For instance, I have added *** to this link below so you can see how the img link appears if you used a photohoster like photobucket.

If you simply have the jpg photo link, you can add your own
