Started the day wearing green pajama top, and my usual greener-than-brown hazel eyes, and the always part-green blood in the veins, preparing some very green sencha Image but must confess it was not in my green pot Image but rather in my white kyusuImage, the better to show of its essential greenness. Image I did drink it out of of a green cup Image, and I am contemplating drinking all green teas all day in my office which I painted green Image because green Image is my favorite color. Image And this is the end Imageof the story of my green day.

Hm. So much indeliberate green today. My favorite color is (also) green, so I wear it most days anyway; I always think green; and, like Trey, green veggies are pretty much a daily feature around here.

I am drinking Den's Sencha Extra Green with gold flakes in honor of the day, though. It's a bit harsh on my belly, but tastes pretty good.

Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone!! I'll be having some green beer later :D

I've also had some rice soaking in Guinness for about 48 hrs. that I'm going to roast up as an experiment. A Stout Genmaicha of sorts  I'll let you know how it goes!

Well I have to wear a green apron every day at work anyway, so today wearing it will just be a bit more special!

I'm sure when I get home I will have some celebratory green tea as well :)

Thanks for the photo illustrations, debunix! That was very creative!

Love the 4-leaf clover cup Victoria - it's cool that there's a real clover embedded!

I wasn't feeling like wearing any of my tops with green in them, so I'm wearing a "Black Irish" top. :)

Thank you for coloring our TD green today, Victoria and Debunex.

More TCer photos coming I hope!

GREENs abound. Just did a LOT of recycling!

Green tea brewed in a Green Kyusu in Green Hagi. Everyone has Green eyes including me and the Mrs., ditto with the cats, wearing Green. No Irish blood, but Green is my fave color. I once had Green blood, hair and skin disquised as an Orc ... but not today. I will certainly prepare Green food.

Oh, also have a Greenhouse and live in a Green Shuttered house ...

Currently finishing up a longggg session of Gamnong from Hankook with Mrs. Chip ...

Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone and I will start by saying "Be Safe" Also one option was if I was Irish by birth and the answer is no. However, I am Irish by marriage. That's the same right?

I'm wearing green clothes, drinking from cups with at least some green on them (it's one of my favorite colors, so it's on all my mugs), wishing I had green blood like Mr. Spock (heck yeah, I'm a total Trekkie  ), and reveling in the fact that dreary, cold Albany is finally leaving winter behind and getting green again!

No green tea yet today-- I'm currently drinking looseleaf pu-erh. However, I'm definitely having green tea of some description later.

Happy St. Patrick's Day, everyone! :)

In honor of my maternal grandfather, George Mahoney, it's green tea all day. Li Po Chun and a kukicha/matcha blend. The latter is an inexpensive Japanese supermarket tea that is fine for daily drinking, and it's easy to make at work.

The only green for me today is my eyes. My orangeman father's ashes would swirl in the wind if I wore green today! LOL If you follow football (soccer), he followed the Rangers out of Glasgow, not the Celtics!

I'm feeling a wee bit better today.
