Re: Wednesday TeaDay 3/31/10 100 years later...green TeaPartay?
It's already been a black day for me, but I'll keep GREEN in my heart in honor of Chip's Birthday! Hope it's a great day, Chip!
Re: Wednesday TeaDay 3/31/10 100 years later...green TeaPartay?
Happy birthday Chip!
Of course today is a green TeaDay, starting with Yame matcha Susumi and a wedge of dark chocolate. Gee, that's not a bad way to start the day.

Happy birthday, Chip!
I've already had a (dark) chocolate chip cookie, and I'll be having some sakura sencha later today. It's just that kind of day.
Houji-genmaicha in my cup, about to settle in to work on my thesis. I may need more cookies.

In honor of your birthday, Chip, I'll try one of my green samples! If I don't do that, I'll at least drink something in a green cup!
Many Happy Returns of the Day!

Cheers Chip! I've already had some Hekiun gyokuro. I'll have something better later, maybe Kanro and toast to you.

Green all around today I think. Green tea and certainly green wares. Hopefully no green eggs, but I am not averse to that either.
Began the BTD with Gyokuro Suimei from Den's This I set aside for a while because I felt it needed some proper aging. I was right, came out great! Served up in SeaCuke Guinomi ... aka Gyokuro cups. SweeTea joined the TeaPartay this morn while Lili and Pyrit stopped by to say HB ... oh and they ate GREEN treats, really!

Happy Birthday, Chip! Had some vanilla green blend with lunch to celebrate.
Started the day with some masala chai. Then the vanilla green, and will shortly be making some oregon chai from Mountain Rose Herbs, since my order came today, woot woot!

Bon anniversaire!
I had some Kame Jiru Shi gyokuro and Kaboku sencha this morning before going to see my dentist which means that the green tea party is over for me for about two days I guess.

Is a green kukicha acceptable?
I hope so, because I'm going to drink it anyway, it's damn good.
edit: oh yeah happy birthday

verus, you can count your green kukicha, because I'm going to count my kuki-houjicha. Having it right now, it's a nice afternoon cup.
Cheers and happy birthday Chip!
