Caffeine affects my sleep but I will drink whenever I feel like it :D It usually isn't a big deal if I have one cup or maybe two. The real fun starts when I just keep brewing and brewing...

Many days I will have a cup of tea when I get home at about 5:30, but if I drink it past that time, I'll be up in the middle of the night.

I've been enjoying Tao of Tea's Black Spiral today.

Caffeine doesn't really affect me unless it's in massive quantities (and then...hoo boy, look out  ), so I can drink strong tea up until bedtime. I tend to save the teas with more caffeine for my mid-day pick-me-up anyway, though, so I end up drinking less caffeinated tea or herbal tisanes before bed anyway. Things tend to change on the weekends because my schedule is so weird, though, so all bets are off then.

Genmaicha right now to get me through some art homework, to be followed by some of my pu brick (I need a treat  ) and some white tea after that.

I've been known to have a 20 oz. coffee at 9:30, and be asleep by 10.

I'm one of those who needs some time between his caffeine and bedtime. However, I need much less time for tea than I do for coffee.
