I wish - there were some vendors selling the classics: bags of Scottish Breakfast, Irish Breakfast, Tetley tea, etc., but I still think it was too hot for tea... no one would have had any!geeber1 wrote:They should have had tea in Prince Edward's honor.

I thought it was going to be too hot for tea here, but it cooled way down in the afternoon. I ended up making some gunpowder green tea, and am currently drinking some shoumei white tea.

My favorite Hediard black tea blend- unless I put in a large helping of leaves compared to the vessel size, it never gets too strong. I have never managed to make the tea bitter from steeping for a long time. It always remains smooth, slightly smoky, and beautifully perfumed.
