Re: Saturday/Sunday TeaDay 7/3-4/10 Mid Term Grade for TeaChat?

Happy Independence Day, USA!

For the holiday weekend, and for more responses to this topic ... we are carrying over the topic from yesterday.

Of course, share what is in your cup today. As an added bonus question, is tea with you this Independence Day ... if you are celebrating, etc.

Also, how can we make TeaChat BETTER?

I am looking forward to sharing this TeaDay with everyone!

TeaChat of course gets a solid A! :D This is the most active tea forum around not to mention the friendliest!

Finished up my sample of the Kaoru Supreme LE today. Very good stuff! This, sadly, was my only tea today. Very busy.

A Puerh conversation with AdamMY has got my cravings acting up though. Off to brew up a late night session with some good ol' 7542.

Happy Independence Day TeaChat!

"A" of course. Even though I tend to disappear for months at a time, I'll always return.

Currently using up the last of my Lishan from last year while watching Coraline.

A for TeaChat of course! So glad that I found this forum.

Started today with the last of my yunnan Golden Curls sample, then my last shincha OTTI - o-cha SM.

Lots of cold brewed sencha in the fridge for the hot independence day activities later today!

As a naturalized American, I am happy to fly the flag every day, not just on the Fourth of July! Happy Independence Day! :)

Tea will be part of my celebration today; my DH's BIL always makes me a cup of hot tea when we celebrate a holiday at his house--everyone else drinks southern "sweet tea" or something stronger!

Despite the fact that we are having a "heat wave" here in Maine (high 70s to mid-80s...it's all relative  ), I have been drinking a lot of tea. Last night, I had some oversteeped, but still pretty good, Yunnan tea at the local Chinese restaurant, which was then followed with some jasmine green tea pearls and some shoumei white tea after I'd returned home.

Chrysanthemum pu-erh in my cup right now. Also, I drank a lot of iced tea after I got done working out.

Happy Fourth of July everyone!

Tonight I will probably go out with friends to our local firework display and then go have our own display. Of course Ohio likes to ban fun so we have to show our independance while trying to avoid the cops but usually there pretty cool about it when they do show up.

More Fukamushi today.

I've kept my European citizenship but I celebrate 4th of July anyway!!!
Happy 4th of July everyone!
I've had a HUGE pot of Golden Curls today. So good ...
Voted A+ what else? what's there not to like?
Without the World Cup today it seems like something is missing. So much drama, passion, controversy .... Love it.

No World Cup today means I finally get to catch up on some sleep :D I've been watching too much, staying up too late!
A+ for TeaChat from me for sure. I've only been here a short time but have found everyone to be very helpful and friendly. The OTTI, TA SO, box passes, and so on make the big "virtual community" seem a lot smaller and more real. Thanks to all the TC'ers for making it the great place that it is!
Adagio Pouchong Oolong from the oolong OTTI for me today, through the morning and early afternoon.

The World Cup has taken a back seat (er bike seat) to the Tour de France here!

Began the TD with ... oh yeah, SHINCHA!

Followed by ... more SHINCHA.

Unfortunately, only two teas ...

Just caught this!

Very relaxing independence Day here. :D Started the day with some cheap-ish Silver Needle from Rishi which was nice.

Now considering revisiting the 0622 801 as I only sampled my cake once. Or maybe the Fuka Yame from Den's that I have yet to try.
Decisions, decisions...

A, the BEST!!!!!!
Happy Independence Day!!!!!

Started the day with Ceylon Kenilworth...middle of the day we all enjoyed the iced version of that one. Later sincha...I've got too many opened, I don't remember which one!

The only thing I can think of to add to the TeaChat would be some more smilies

Savor,

In terms of the Level of knowledge the people have on teachat, and SO's and likes of other activities on Teachat its a solid A.

Though I almost think Teachat's biggest attraction is a bit of its downfall. After being here for almost 2 years, I've been around long enough to realize certain questions seem to be asked once a month or two. While I have no problem with the desire to acquire knowledge, I feel the sticky topics need to be updated, and possibly addressed in the info for new members, so they can hopefully get some of those questions answered before asking the question yet again.
