Some considerations:
• putting up just a logo will never look cool. Most people don't like apparel with logos. Wording: "I Love Tea" or something like that might work better.
• there should be men's and women's t-shirts
• with companies like zazzle there is also a limitation where you can place the artwork.

What if it could be the art of Wu Wei Hai, Aaron Fisher?
Just having an idealistic fantasy.

I think it would be a good idea, but the design would have to be different than the ton of stuff already out there. And yes, I would buy one, if they were reasonably priced.

Maybe. I like t-shirts.
Settling in for some internet catchup with some unlabelled Chinese black (a Keemun, I believe) from my cupboard.

I agree ... my first thought was topics splashed (pun intended) all over like Yixing, Gongfu, Kyusu on and on ... lots of things we talk about here on the forum!jazz88 wrote:putting up just a logo will never look cool.
The only TeaSipping GeishaCat in the house at this time! All the other cats would rather break teaware, knock over cups of tea, or even stick their tails in cups of tea ...nickE wrote: How come SweeTea always agrees, but not the others?![]()

Re: Friday TeaDay 7/9/10 TeaShirt TeaDay
Today I dug out a bag of white tea I had forgotten...the leaves looked nice and the aroma was okay...the label was gone so I don´t know what it is...was seriously bitter...it´s at least 2 years old and it´s bitter...and if I complain about bitter it´s BAD
well I know why I forgot that tea now...
And another tea...mystery puerh! Well not really....it´s either 1994 Feng Qing sheng or 2001 Xiaguan FT shu tuo-cha...I think it´s the Feng Qing but not sure.

No mysteries in a limited teaDay today...just wonderful Yunnan Mao Feng, comforting and lovely; and some Ba Xian Dan Cong oolong, sweet and tart and spicy and giving, infusion after infusion.

Adagio Shincha earlier followed by Adagio Silver Needles with the Mrs. to finish the TD.

Chip, I really like your idea about the words. I can see how it can look very cool.

Re: Friday TeaDay 7/9/10 TeaShirt TeaDay
OK, I will need to see what we can do to make this actually happen.
Re: Friday TeaDay 7/9/10 TeaShirt TeaDay
I have a suggestion.
Problem: there never will be just one PERFECT t-shirt that everybody will LOVE because some people like fitted t-shirts, some like loose ones, I don't wear orange ever, somebody might prefer black t-shirt to white, etc.. I don't like the artwork to be plastered all across my chest (I like something more unobtrusive/minimal) but somebody else might feel otherwise. For some people paying $30 for custom t-shirt might seem like a bargain but for some maybe not. And the list goes on of course. In the end I don't think Adagio or Chip want to be stuck with a pile of t-shirts not so many people will buy.
How it works: most companies that offer custom t-shirt printing have a wide range of t-shirts (even tank tops) in a wide range of quality options and colors so you can choose whatever you like. Then you are required to upload the artwork. The artwork will always be a digital file anyway.
Suggestion: I (or anyone else for that matter) could make a couple options and post a download link here. So anyone who likes that particular design can download it and then order it themselves in whatever color/size/texture combination they want.
Don't know if you guys like this idea? Just my 2 cents
