After trying a few samples that I got, I'm moving onto shincha hoping to finish off my Kirameki today.
All the teaware in the photo is by Deishi, and the vase I picked up recently and need to go and look up what kiln it was made at again.
But Here it is an afternoon tea!

When I am into tea, it is tea, when I am into cooking, it is cooking. I just don't think I am ever into both in the same period ... so for now, I will say TEA!
Nice TD of course, spent more time brewing than cooking! Began with a tasting of Takumi from Zencha. Next up a tasting of my "anon" organic sencha. And finishing with Kirameki from O-Cha.
