Usually food, for me. But then, that's probably because I'm much more experienced at brewing tea than cooking. haha

Imperial Mojiang Golden Bud (from YS) for me this afternoon.

After trying a few samples that I got, I'm moving onto shincha hoping to finish off my Kirameki today.

All the teaware in the photo is by Deishi, and the vase I picked up recently and need to go and look up what kiln it was made at again.

But Here it is an afternoon tea!

Super shot Adam! Thanks for sharing it with TD!

When I am into tea, it is tea, when I am into cooking, it is cooking. I just don't think I am ever into both in the same period ... so for now, I will say TEA!

Nice TD of course, spent more time brewing than cooking! Began with a tasting of Takumi from Zencha. Next up a tasting of my "anon" organic sencha. And finishing with Kirameki from O-Cha.
