Re: Thursday TeaDay 8/12/10 She's going down ... save my tea?

I am on Seeker's well tea-stocked lifeboat, reassured that we have enough tea to last us until rescue, cheering on those who are working on getting a tea-canister raft to finish bring the other tea supplies on board with us, so that we will not only have *enough* tea, but will be able to enjoy it in some favorite teawares. But since I carried my primary contribution of puerh with me in my pocket, I am already as set as I can be, unless I'm needed to help hold the canisters while they're being lashed together.

And I am contemplating this all under the soothing and calming influence of my 2009 Norbu Diamond Tie Guan Yin, whose 2010 version I already have well-stocked. This wonderful tea is so very well sealed in vacuum pouches, inside heavy ziplock bags, that I have the confidence that the extra pouch I left in my luggage will survive the sinking and be there, perfectly cold-stored, waiting for the recovery of the TeaPrincess a century from now, to miraculously delight the crew of the TeaPrincess Explorer mission.

dump the tea ware. it is just material possessions. besides there exists clay on every continent and country - find a bit of clay and make a new tea set. build a fire , fire the tea pots and collect herbs and prepare a fresh pot of tea!

I like this idea too, very resourceful. :) I checked out your website, am also a fan of herbal teas, especially fennel seed tea.

I'm with LauraW on this one, could possibly even be my hubby if he's hurt! Others like geeber will bring the teas on the raft made by Adam.
TeaAdventure here we come.
