I was checking out Tim´s oolongs and saw on the front page of The Mandarin´s Tearoom a gaiwan that is at the very least very similar. :)

Holy wow, that place is expensive! Nice stuff though. Are you referring to the phoenix one that is on there?

That's not where I saw the koi painted one, I really don't remember where I saw that one :/
