... then again, Rishi is in pretty many grocery stores, same with Adagio! Trick question? No, just never considered these when doing the topic.

Thanks Adam for sharing your Daisen and tea with us!

TD continued with Kame Jirushi Gyokuro from O-Cha. Next some Yutaka Midori Supreme, yeah, same vendor with the Mrs.

I tend to hear the song "o fortuna" start playing and a terrible dread enters me.

Teaday today started with Genmaicha with Matcha (plus EXTRA matcha added for 2nd and 3rd infusions) First infusion I drank normally 2nd and 3rd I mixed in a glass bottle and chilled to take to school. :)

Now that I´m home I´m enjoying my first taste of Gyokuro...it´s the Yame from O-cha...sweet, herbal and seaweed flavours...very mild taste compared to sencha but also long aftertaste.

Brewing in a fairly large (350ml) kyusu atm would be nice having a smaller pot to up the leaf to water ratio I think. :)

Maybe-- I'd run away if they didn't have something absolutely stellar that I couldn't find anywhere else.

Rose congou accompanied me to the thesis defense of a former TA and some telescope maintenance this afternoon; right now I'm drinking chunmei green tea.

i posted maybe. i definitely would not buy anything high priced and marked premium quality if they also have something cheap like Lipton on sale, at the very least i would be very skeptical of the quality .BUT if they had some decent looking loose leaf blends and the description was passable, I would still consider it.

for me so far with blends if done right you can cover up some of the lower quality tea by adding in some dried apples etc. and if i am looking to buy something like that as i do drink them cold on occasion i see nothing wrong with the seller also selling some cheap Lipton on the side.
