I can think of a lot of TD questions. Perhaps we could collect some for Chip as inspiration for more great TDs

For me some teas need glass to enjoy the colour. But in fact a glass faircup does the job.
The most practical pot is a Gaiwan - It is made for everything and easy to use and I am lazy
For Sencha I use my unglazed Tokoname Kyusu - I love it. (did not try other clays so far)
For Gyokuro I use my Shiboridashi - it is glazed.
My two Yixing pots do an improvement to the tea - I recognize something. But they are not as practical as the Gaiwan.
What I need is to improve my water with a cast iron pot I think.

But I don't think I need the right ones for everything. (Oh a
Samovar will not be the right item for me
And for instance I don't like Western porcelain.
So take what you like.
