Shu Pu is usually my go-to tea, never had the privilege of trying really old sheng....maybe one day
other than shu, I would say I probably gravitate to either oolong or a hearty black tea.

Was reallllly thirsTea, had asamushi organic from the O-C. Really hit the TeaSpot.

More often than not, if I'm thirsting for tea, I want an oolong.
Today, satisfied top of the morning tea thirst with sayamakaori sencha, then drank long from a deeply roasted Taiwanese ti guan yin from norbu. It actually improves on holding in the thermos--some alchemy makes it sweeter still.
