Anyway, I'm back.

I tend to brew mine about average.

In my cup tonight: Casablanca Twist and trying to soothe a sore throat.

Cheers,
Mike
Congrats!! Glad to hear all is well!

I'd say average, maybe on the weak side for me, I tend to use a fair bit of leaf, but do pretty short infusions. No tea yet (and no tea yesterday - yikes!), but will remedy that shortly, probably with some oolong.

if I have a new tea a start at 1g per oz, for some of the teas that is ok for others I go to 4g. So I think it is stronger than the average.

This weekend I opened the everyday long jing from jing tea shop - an outstanding value for that price, I am curious how could taste their high grade long jings. I am about to finish the bag of song zhen (again, everyday tea from jing tea shop) in the next days this tea has a fresh note but still sweet.

in general I drink a lot of tea at the weekend, since I live alone I have not to much think to do and spend my time around tea.

Nice TD so far ... Oku Yutaka organic with the Mrs. followed by Yutaka Midori, both from the O-C and brewed with a lot of leaf and cooler water ... I am still saying "strong."

15-20g wuyi in a 100g pot. I have to crush to powder about a third to fit it in. Do I win a prize?

About average-- some teas I brew really strong (pu-erh, I'm looking at you  ), while there are some that I brew relatively weak (most other black teas I just brew for a minute or under).

Let's see... Yesterday, I drank pu-erh all day, and today I've been drinking gunpowder green tea all day. (Too busy studying lately to spend much time washing out my tea paraphernalia, so it's easier to drink one kind all day.)

Average or medium for me.

Not much tea today, definitely could use some now.
