I'd rather be a reader, a photographer, and a musician... Also, I'd rather be an artist! I love reading (my writing skills are, uh, nothing to brag about, hahaha), taking photographs, and playing the keyboard. And drawing is my passion!

Pu-erh this morning, genmaicha with dinner, probably going to have a chamomile tisane in a few minutes.

I was a photographer in high school, although I loved making prints in the darkroom the most, I also did a few paid gigs. They convinced me not to become a professional photographer; it's too stressful and not very rewarding compared working at my own pace.

Also I chose "reader." Currently, I'm going through Harry Potter again. It's becoming a winter tradition for me.

I'd like to enjoy them all!

Still on my 'tea break', giving the bod a well deserved and needed break from stimulation (well of the beverage or food kind anyway).
However - had a cheat day today when I went to my favorite tea spot.
Had a matcha and a mochi.
Gosh but the mochi was divine (as always) - the mochi was pear-puerh today. Sounds odd I know, but woh, it was amazing. The puerh was subtle, and mixed in with the sweetened bean. On top was tea cooked pumpkin seed and heirloom sesame seed. Truly stunning, and perfect with matcha.
Cheers.

I would say I have been all of the choices at some point. I love to both read and write, photograph and view others' photographs, and listen to music. Although I have been in choirs in the past, I'm definitely not a solo performer and prefer to listen to others perform.

Fujian Baroque in my cup this morning.

No writing, but I love to read! I also love music, and have played the snare drum for over 10 years, though I don't play much anymore.

More DHP today, also had some old Sheng yesterday. Dark teas for cold weather.

Happy Birthday Geekgirl!

I'm often more on the side of wanting to do things, but for the most part I have little to no talent in it.

Drinking Da Hong Pa in my new gong fu pot.
