its not juice that makes you fat, its your fat arse eating/drinking too much.
Agreed! There are so many other examples like this too, it's really quite sad how much personal responsibility we shrug off onto inanimate objects (okay, fruit isn't inanimate, but you get my point).

Two things sell better than anything on the internet, first place goes to penis enlargement pills, and second place goes for fat burning pills, both usually have only placebo effects, and usually are made in a small apartment with a pill making machiene and they fill it with all pourpouse flour.

well said Rich, the craze for natural gets to me sometimes. On another note does drinking Tea have any health benefits at all? do the benefits change depending on the kind of tea you drink?

Thanks for everyone for making this topic interesting. The Mitotropin from Gaspari Nutrition is not another "HARDCORE" or "EXTREME" fat burner destined to only burn a hole in your pocket.

I have lost ten killograms since I started drinking tea. At around the same time I also stopped drinking coffee, with cream and six sugars. and I also joined a gym. I also stopped eating pizza every weekend, ate less and cut out things like sweet biscuits, doughnuts and cakes.

But I'll say it again. I have lost ten killograms since I started drinking tea.

I am in the best shape of my life and I owe it all to "Mitotakurmoney from Gastapospam Nutrition" which I found at Spamazon ... they offer the best spam supplements on the internet and their cuspammer service is the best.

And here I thought this was a thread about exersize

Actually I want to make a comment about juice...if you drink juice that´s actually only the liquid stuff inside fruits and vegetables then it´s good for you...but what gets called juice in the supermarket often has additives...like sugar and artificial colours and flavours...sometimes there´s not even a lot of real juice in it at all. :? That stuff can be just as bad as soda....lots and lots of totally empty calories to make you fat.

^oh please

its not the "empty calories"/"additives"/"supermarket"/"artificial colours and flavours" that make people fat. its the EXTRA "ENERGY" that does not get
"burned" but rather stored into FAT. and no-body forces no-body to intake extra energy but one's own hands and mouth controlled by one's fat filled brain.

yeah? If you drink soda all day how many calories(EXTRA ENERGY) are you getting from that? If you´re ingesting calories with no substance to back them up you´re getting extra energy that isn´t satisfying...so on top of all the energy you got from sugary drinks you need to eat something too...that´s how people get really obscenely obese...calories that don´t fill their stomachs. Also if those additives contain calories...like sugar added to juice...that´s the EXTRA ENERGY you´re refering to which again makes people fat.

The other types of additives won´t make you fat...but many of them are toxic and thus unhealthy....and they´re used to cover up the fact that what you´re drinking is mostly sugar water and not fruit juice.

There´s a problem with additives because many processed foods have added calories in the form of sugar and saturated fat which wouldn´t normally be in those foods...so the calorie concentration is much higher than unprocessed foods...so you´re getting more calories in less food...and consider this food is usually less expensive than unprocessed food.

So there´s more to it than people being stupid and stuffing their face with trash...with all of the added calories in many foods and drinks which don´t need to be there...along with toxic additives which, while they won´t make you fat cause other health problems, you actually need to make very conscious decisions about what you eat to stay healthy.

HA! This thread is still alive? Sweet gongfucha buddha!

As for the whole juice debate, I don't believe it's the juice that makes people fat (or even soda for that matter)... ever hear the term "guns don't kill people- people kill people"? Same with food/drink, the consumer needs to be aware of WHAT it is they are drinking (or eating) and to balance their consumption with their diet and activity. There is nothing wrong with artificial juice or even soda, as long as you know your limits... if one were to drink one soda after another all day and they got fat, it's not the soda, it's the person who addicted to sugar and caffeine.

[edit] Another thing, I've never had any form of training on what makes a good diet, it's common sense, if I'm not sure about something I look it up online or in a book store, that's all it takes, people who claim "I'm fat because I didn't know what I was eating... the food industry tricked me!" are either extremely nieve or just making excuses.
