I heard tea plants in Taiwan are dominantly brought from Wuyi areas (northern Fujian)..except Muzha TGY and few exceptions.
But many of Wuyi and Anxi cultivars are cross-over...like Meizhan, Qilan, Rougui, Shuixian etc so I feel no strange Lishan grows some TGY cultivar.

Re: A good medium-roasted (Taiwanese) TGY?
Origin Tea had a 2012 high-fire TGY, and a 2010 high-fire Lishan, but I don't believe that there was a "Lishan TGY." Once the TGY ran out he would recommend the Lishan, though.

There was. As quoted from my order history: "2012 Mid-Fire Lishan Tie Guan Yin - 中火梨山鐵觀音" (site model no. HS4C0B). The price was $380 TWD per 37.5 g, so it was cheaper (and in my opinion better) than the 2010 high-fire Lishan.
