Colocelt, mine is doing the same thing. It's leaking out from the very top when it gets close to/at boiling, sending steam up high and water trickling out over the sides of the heating chamber. It seems like maybe the seal isn't as tight as it should be. I'm going to try it again tonight, and see if the heat last night helped it expand, and feel around the seal to see if anything seems loose. I really hope it will resolve itself...but water all over the counter just won't work, long term.

Quick update - I ran a bit less water through mine at lunch, and no problems. I did press the seal down more, but I think I may have overfilled it before...gotta pay more attention to those lines, I guess. So no more problems here! :-)
