The emailed me today and were very nice about it. They refunded my money and sent me a replacement. So that was nice.

Got my replacement tray today. It leaked, too. I'm not even upset anymore; this is rather comical, honestly.

That is just ...bad...how can they continue to sell a product they must know is defective. I guess they do not care what the public thinks.
