Yeah, it is still on my menu...and so easy to brew, I approach it very casually, as casually as a structured, perfectionist, near OCD person is able.LavenderPekoe wrote:I am glad I got some of the Den's Sakura. I am not really a green drinker, but I do enjoy this tea both hot and cold. I made over a liter of it yesterday and I am still drinking it.

Re: any recommendations for a cherry blossom sencha/teas
If you enjoy light and floral green teas, cherry blossom sencha is a great choice. It has the fresh, slightly grassy taste of sencha with a gentle cherry blossom aroma that feels smooth and refreshing. For best results, brew it at a lower temperature around 70–80 °C for about 1–2 minutes to avoid bitterness.
You can also try the Sakura Green Tea from The Tea Group. It has a nice balance of sencha and cherry blossom flavor and is a good option if you want something simple and pleasant to drink.

If you liked Republic of Tea’s cherry blossom, you might enjoy sakura green tea, cherry rose blends, or a light jasmine tea. A lot of shops have seasonal spring cherry blossom teas right now too!
