Bakc when I was researching the very same question, Rishi's super affordable Fukugata was en vogue but I think it has fallen into disfavor (though why I cannot say).

There is nothing wrong with Fukugata, but between rising prices, selling last year's sencha, and contacting Space to inform him that his review of matcha should be removed, Rishi has dug their own grave around these parts.
