I thought I would be a lot more ocd about tea, but I've been brewing at least 4 times a day, so I guess that forces me to be a little more relaxed about it. Also, I generally drink the tea when it has cooled down enough for me to do so, which fortunately seems to be the desired brew time. I guess this strategy would not work so well for black or oolong teas.
