Really sorry Victoria, I went to add a comment about the teas and realised I've not put up my initial impressions.
Pan fried green:
Looks great. The taste was very reminiscent of bi lo chun but not quite as ethereal as bi lo chun's character, much more solid tea. I'm impressed with the quality of the processing if this is the first big push at producing green tea. I found a little floral quality to the brew which I don't usually find in greens but it was very subtle and certainly not unwelcome.
Black:
Stunning leaf, sorry Mary I think this might be even better looking than the last black tea I fell in love with which was your Georgian tea. I found similarities with Yunnan gold but the stand out bit for me was a kind of sweet tobacco in the tea which I've never came across in black tea before. Not a smokey taste but more like wandering about in a quality tobacconists or the smell of good pipe tobacco before the flames have hit it.
The green I thoroughly enjoyed but the black is definitely the one I'd put in first place and will ensure I keep an eye on the website.
I've still got half of the black tea left and stuck in one of those dilemmas whereby if I enjoy it again than that's that.

I'm sad to report that I finally consumed all of the pan fried green. I had two wonderful sessions (gaiwan wrong fuing) with the stuff and it was a delight to the touch, and was a sight to behold. The quality of this leaf was in my short experience one of the best I've ever seen.
