Bob, I love the Glendale Handmade, it's one of my favorites. A good way to start your sunny day!
I voted that I would have tea with food, mainly because I drink it all day long. When I have a new tea, I'm sure to try it without food, though.
This morning in my cup: Adagio Irish Breakfast.

I have black tea with breakfast sometimes. This morning I had Malaysian Highlands with brown sugar oatmeal with raisins.

That sounds good. Where is it from?

Tea with every meal - hot, cold, and inbetween. If serving guests, I pay a little more attention to food/tea pairings.
This morning started with some very good Darjeeling from TofT (thank you, Victoria). Adagio order arrived this weekend, so I got to try the new Ali Shan - very good, especially in the 2nd and following steepings. Now I'm looking forward to trying the new Emerald Needles sample that I brought with me to work.

Bob M., love your avatar. It makes me laugh.
I voted no, def. not. I don't really like to eat when drinking tea because I tend to like lighter teas and food can easily cover up some of the nifty nuances that I so enjoy.
Working today (boo) to try to catch up after a week of being sick. Hopefully I'll only be here a few hours though.

Voted oolong. Although I enjoy it right after the meal. In any case I do like high tea, in fact that's my life's dream to have high tea daily
P.S.
Geek, I did not read about your accident yesterday. I hope you're feeling better!

I blended in vanilla rooibos from Adagio with pomegranate pieces I picked out from Teavana's Apple Lemon Pomegranate rooibos. How creative of me... hehe

I drink my tea alone or after dinner.
I just finished some monkey picked oolong this morning. Second steeping is best in my opinion.

I'm feeling a bit better today. Yesterday I just hung out with Murphy and Sunny, played with my teapots and poppets, took some pictures, read blogs, drank tea...
I usually don't drink tea with food, but if I do, it's most often black tea, iced. Too cold for iced tea right now.

I tend to drink tea with my food fairly often. Mostly it's Hojicha with food, occasional sencha or iced black.
Today: the last of my o-cha chiran supreme. Time to move on to something else.

Strange, but now I'm realizing that I don't drink tea with my meals any more than I'd drink coffee with my meals. I think the reason is that I like to enjoy tea for itself. Tea is how I treat myself ... throughout the day.
The only exception is drinking chai when I go to an Indian restaurant or green tea at a Chinese restaurant. Otherwise, I tend to drink water with meals.

Greeting TeaChatters!
I rarely drink tea with food per se. Sometimes I will be drinking and will crave a snack type thing, usually sweet like dark chocolate. If I was to drink a tea with food, like a meal, it would likely be black and/or iced tea.
Organic Sencha to start the day from Japan's land down under, Kagoshima. Plenty of company this morning. Sweetie enjoyed tea. Wulong was perched. Pyrit, Honi Belle, and Gandalf were casual observers.
As Pentox so eloquently said earlier

...
NEXT!
blah blah blah SENCHA blah blah blah!!!

I sometimes have black tea with food.
The only food I take with oolong is cheesecake (or similar creamy desert).
I almost never have food with green tea. But when I treat friends with green tea, I would think it's weird not treating them any food stuff, so usually we will have nuts and dry fruits

I drink tea with meals often, but I rarely have Black tea alone, so I voted black tea.
This morning I had black tea - Nilgiri Neela with a bagel.
