Either I am helping others, or I am just talking too much.

The forum has helped me even though I came here as a vet, sort of, but certainly not an expert.
I remember being a well-meaning newbie to the forum and trying to "enlighten" other TeaChatters in the non use of sugar with their tea. Man, did I hear it from the "sweeteners." Come to think of it, I almost left TeaChat with my tail between my legs.

I learned a lesson that day, Phyll gave me a quote he borrowed from his wine tastings, "like what you drink, and drink what you like." That stuck with me. Anyway, a little off topic.
Started the day with Zuiko from Den's, a classy asamushi sencha. SweeTea slurped it up while TEAh was the only observer today. Catnaps seemed more appropriate on a cold Winter's day.
I tried Gyokuro Kame from O-Cha again today, WOW. I was blown away. Really delicious gyokuro.
Currently, Golden Monkey from our host, a fave black of mine.
