Good morning! Most days I would have to say that I have just about what I desired to have, since I really don't 'plan' to have 'x' amount of tea.
However, since I am currently still not working, I have all day to drink tea! Yeah
In my cup,
Sencha Premier

I will be sharing
Matcha
Have a FAB TeaDay and TeaWeekend everyone
BTW, nice avatar
Brandon, I forgot to mention yesterday how much I liked that photo. And of course
Sal, I adore yours with those rosebuds! Is that a traveling set from Hankook? I just got mine and I love it

Ideally I would like tea around 10 in the am and again around 2. The 10am never happens at work. I don't really plan my tea- just try to have it when the desire strikes.
I have some rishi snow buds white tea in my mug. My first white tea that I like- well, its only my second white tea I've ever tried but hated the first one.

Happy Day Tea Buds,
I usually drink just about as much tea as I plan...sometimes
I squeeze in an extra houjicha or rooibos late late late in the evening.
This (late) morning I'm having Mate Vane sweetened with a little
stevia and half-n-half and dunking homemade pumpkin biscotti.
The Mate Vane was the only thing I had strong enough to stand up
to the biscotti. I wanted kabusecha, but dunking anything into
a Japanese green tea would be an abomination!
Joy to all,
Dreamer

About the same as planned or desired is my vote, but sometimes it is less, rarely more. Usually work is the main factor in how the tea day goes.

Weekdays I drink a cup of green tea at home in the morning, followed by a large travel mug of tea as I do my commute. In the evening I usually have a pot of black tea. I follow the unerring compass of my tea cravings to determine what variety I drink each day. So, weekdays are quite predictable. Weekends, however, are more improvisational.
This morning, I was craving gyokuro and thus had a cup of gyokuro kin from Den's. Who knows what the rest of the day will bring........

Keemun this morning.
That was just my thought b/4 I read this post. When I want tea, I drink it. Sometimes I get busy.

I don't plan on tea, so when I have it I have what I want and how much I want.

For the most part I drink as much as I plan. Sometimes less when I'm super busy or too tired when I get home from work.
Started the day with a cup of black tea blend before work. Had some Earl Grey after work. And now I'm relaxing with a session of Yutaka Midori as I get in some last minute studying for the GRE I take tomorrow.

I guess as far as routine goes, my weekday tea drinking is more planned than on the weekend.
The other day on a show called "What's Brewing" (on the Veria channel) the hostess made a blend of darjeeling, orange peels, cinnamon stick, and cloves. I tried out her recipe and it came out pretty well! If I try it again, I will use more cloves (I only had a few and I think they were about 20 or more years old!)

I suppose it all depends on the day....sometimes it wont be until late at night that I can sit down and have a few cups....other times I can sip and enjoy all day. There are many days though where I wish I could have had more tea.....
*Currently enjoying some ice brewed gyokuro karigane

I don't really think about it. I tend to drink more on weekdays, because I like to have something to sip on when I'm at the computer at work.
Today, I have had no tea yet.

I'm cleaning my carpets and tea is not practical to carry around; much easier to grab a can of soda between rooms. But once I'm done, I fully intend to settle down and have several cups to make up for lost time.

My tea drinking varies on my stress level.
