Jing seems to have at least a couple excellent Dan Congs currently. I have had a couple from Hou De that have been disappointing, on the other hand.
I recently tasted Jing's
Ba Xian and like it a lot.

Thanks praised another of Jing's Dan Congs. I think it was the Milan.

Chao Zhou = lots of leaf? Not recently, and when I have tried in the past the difference apparently didn't convince me to persevere. Of course, the cost of the good stuff is a disincentive also!

I just ordered the $7 sampler a few days ago and chose the TKY, Snow Flake, and Dragon Well. I don't think I heard of FA before seeing this thread

Good to know of them now

I just got my sampler from them..ordered the TKY (which says "King" grade) the snowflake and the honey. I shoulda tried the dragonwell too but I was wanting to try out some oolongs as I am really just branching out into them from my green tea's
I also got a sample of the supreme+ from rich barbarian.
I trtied the one from FA last night..mind you i have little to no experience brewing oolongs but since i got a new yixing pot for my anniversary..well..you know.. I did about 6 infusions last night just at boiling point for about 1 minute each except the last couple where i went a little longer.
Very nice floral (orchidy? is that a word? )aroma through the first 4 or so and to me a very nice mild flavor.
I going to try the one from Rich tonite maybe and compare the two..
Let me know how their Dragonwell is! the price is nice anyway..how is the tea though!

Ok so I tried the Supreme+ Anxi TKY from Rich Barbarian to compare to the one from FA. quite similar in look and aroma obviously but the Rich Barbarian seemed to have a stronger floral scent and a little bit of earthiness in there as well.. more so than the FA one. I'm on my 5th steeping and the floral taste is stronger pronounced still compared to the FA which was more "gentle"?
For *my* tastes I actually preferred the one from FA..Little more green flavor with a nice balance to the floral. But I am sure everyone will have their own unique experience!

I also tried both of those teas, and after this I thought we should bring the exploration for great TGY to a higher level, and i ordered the Nonprail Tgy, and the premium charcoal baked Tgy from Dragon teahouse, I put great hope in the nonprail version, at least the price suggests it is top quality (30$), and after these I only need to try the Shen Yun version from teaspring, maybe the premium from Yunnan sourcing. And has somebody tried tai ping hou kui from funalliance?

Then maybe you should try some of Wan Lings top TKY
Can Sai Jin Pin Guan Yin Wang
Careful selected from the best plants, on the best day, at the optimal time and hand processed by a farmer with generations of experience, this 'Wang' or emperor Tie Guan Yin is an exquisite Oolong tea. The lightly oxidised (20-30%) leaf produces a magical, clear liquor with a pale golden tones and the leaf, after a few infusions, is a glorious emerald green. The limited production of Can Sai Jin Pin is such that this tea is normally sold before it arrives in Wan Ling's Shanghai shop. We expressly reserve a limited amount for our European customers to enjoy.
I have got both the
Hong Xin Te Chun Guan Yin Wang
and
Jiu Jiu Jiu Guan Yin
from Wan Ling and they both have more green flavours than the Rich Barbarian

I got my samples and so far have tried the Snow Flake and Dragonwell. I approve, I'd order from them.
That's my review

I ordered the sample pack and some Qi Men Red. The shipping was close to nothing and it still arrived after only six days. I got the Honey Orchid Lone Bush though I had ordered the Yu Lan Lone Bush. I e-mailed and told this some days ago but so far haven't gotten an answer. "Oh, sorry" would have been enough. But, but, I hope and think it's good tea. I will taste it soon and probably say a few words here about my opinions.
