Not all teas are 'self-drinking', people. If you don't put milk/sugar in strong breakfast teas, could be that you're milk-intolerant or maybe you're a die-hard black coffee drinker who has developed a preference for strong acidic afterbite.
Edit: Or you avoid teas that require a bit of buffering. Duh.
Some teas really do taste better with a bit of milk and sweetener.
Do a Google search on 'self-drinking teas'.

Well that's a personal choice,
if someone doesnt put milk in tea i'd say there are more than 2 conclusions than milk intolerant
or diehard4coffee drinker - which for example i am none.
i like teas which taste good to me by themselves - because there is flavor to enjoy - and i drink those, avoiding the overly "brisk"/"tanninic"/"acidic" - which i'd have to "work for" to make taste better.

Milk in tea?
For me, the only way that I can enjoy a good cuppa is to add some Natrel Homogenized (whole) milk, no sugar. I am a sponge for a good English Breakfast cuppa, so it beign a great black tea, it needs some color.... Enjoy tea my dear tea lovers....
