Dreamer...Thank you for the warm welcome! I'd be happy to bring something to the "tea table"...Would you like scones or biscuits with your Darjeeling?
Dark chocolate with my matcha
Dreamer...I have some 70% Belgium dark...will that suffice? I have never tried matcha yet but I'm sure the color contrast between the dark chocolate and the matcha would be a photographers dream! :)

8) I thought I heard dark chocolate calling my name ... just a piece with matcha is a great accompaniment. Or a lot of dark chocolate on its own ...

Perfect! Dark chocolate and matcha is DA BOMB! Impossible to explain, must be experienced. And I do think there is the possibility for some great photos with such a combo!

Live well,
Dreamer

Welcome. Good to have you with us.

I Just had my first Baozhong couple of days ago from teafromtaiwan.com and it was wonderful.

Do you have any good online sources for Baozhong?
I'd like to try some other for comparison.

Hi tsv... Thanks for the welcome. :)

I'm sorry but I don't currently have any other baozhong sources. I still get mine sent over from friends in Taiwan. I know that I have seen another site that carried a different baozhong ( not wen-shan) but I can't rmember which site it was at this time.
I like teafromtaiwan's site...they have a great selection straight from TW with no middle-man and will often have sales that they e-mail you about if you subscribe (free) to their site.
I'm glad to have another baozhong drinker to chat with. It is still one of my favorites for myself, and any guests (usually non-tea people) that I have served it to have raved about it.

Best wishes.
