I answered Not Really, but I can't honestly say for sure because I don't remember the last time I went more than a few waking hours without some tea. When I go all day without tea, I want it because I miss the flavor and pleasure of drinking it, but I don't really get headaches or crankiness (my coworkers might disagree?).

Good morning! The rain here in Boston is really taking a toll on me. Thank heaven for a warm cup of tea.
Drinking Jasmine Oolong with a little Six Summits Oolong mixed in.
As for caffeine...I feel like the caffeine in tea does not effect me the way it does in coffee. Before I started drinking as much tea as I do I was drinking 4-6 2-3 shot lattes a day. I stopped drinking Caffeine all together for 7 days and I had the worst headache I have ever had. I was in bed for all of those seven days. On the eight day I had a latte in the morning and the rest of the day drank tea.
And thats pretty much what I do now. I love coffee and I have to have it in the morning. Two cups black when I wake up, a latte when I leave the house...and then about 10 cups of tea through the day.

I don't get headaches but I do get cravings, especially since I started with the Japanese greens -- but that's probably just a coincidence.
I broke down and opened Ippodo's Kaboku sencha last night. It's amazing how dramatically its astringency changes as you change the brewing temp. You can dial in a range of tastes depending on your mood from fat smooth and rich (140F), to balanced richness and crispness (160F), up to lean with almost a tree bark kind of bitterness (176F). And the leaves are really beautiful. I'll have to spend more time with this one.

I sometimes miss my morning or evening tea but don't have any physical symptoms from it. I do have a sense of loss but it passes. I drink black tea in the evening without it effecting my sleep. However, if I am dragging myself around at work mid afternoon I do have a cuppa and it perks me up.

Nope, not really, at least not from tea. I was addicted to caffeine via coffee many years ago, which lead to about 6 years being totally decaf. Ironically, when I got a heart arrhythmia, I started drinking caffeine again (cardiologist kept giving me grumpy looks but ultimately things turned out just fine and it ended up being a good thing but that's another story). Now the only symptom I get when I don't have my morning tea is a general fogginess that lasts longer than normal, but that's no so much from the caffeine as it is from not having the overall tea experience - even low caffeine teas perk me up in the morning.
Vanilla orchid this morning. My medication + slightly strong tea is making my hands shake. But they were shaking before the tea so I'm putting most of the blame on the meds.

I don't think that I get an caffeine withdrawal symptoms. I am not a morning person so I am naturally rather foggy when I am forced to get up in the morning. Tea helps to unfog me, but very rarely do I get headaches from lack of caffeine. I do get irritated if I don't have tea though that is more of a personal preference that a withdrawal symptom.
My teacup is currently empty and I am still deciding on what to steep.

Not with tea. I was in a coffee phase for awhile and started noticing headaches if I didn't have it. I never have this problem with tea.
Right now I'm drinking Earl Grey Cream in the midst of a very grey day...April showers and all...

I noticed that if I sleep in really late, BAM, headache. I have a headache til I drink tea and it goes away pretty quickly. So, if my morning caffeine dose is 3-4 hours late, I get a headache. I am not sure about any other symptoms since I have tea every single day.
Started the TeaDay with Takumi sencha from Zencha. It was quite excellent today. SweeTea would agree. Pyrit was just concerned with head and belly rubs.

blah blah blah SENCHA blah blah blah!!!
I try to avoid those pesky withdrawal headaches by keeping a steady supply of caffeine flowing through my system at all times.
I do get them, but not as bad as when I was a diet soda only drinker. I also don't get jittery with tea the way I used to with soda.
This morning at home I had some Adagio Cinnamon for a change of pace. At work I'm enjoying some Nilgiri Glendale.

Low blood glucose

Sounds like mild low blood sugar. Caffeine helps. If you feel faintly nauseous as well, that would be a stronger indicator of this problem.
I don't seem to have many symptoms of caffeine withdrawal, but too much can play havoc with sleep quality. I've never been a coffee lover, either.
Keemun Supreme this morning, leftover sencha later on.
