Hard to choose just one. Some dream destinations: Japan and China I also love the English Countryside.

Happy Mothers Day!

No tea for me yet.

Big City - beam me to Geneva for chitchat with Chan and Atlanta for a wee tete-a-tete with Bessner, Scotty.

Providing the answers sooner rather than later would be useful.

Scots Breakfast this morning.

Happy Mothers Day, teachatters!

Happy Mother's Day!!

This beautiful day lily was a wonderful surprise as it somehow found its way into my flower
bed and opened yesterday just for me! It is lovely! I decided to share it with all the moms
out there! How surprising and beautiful nature can be.

TQY in my cup this morning - have a nice day everyone!

Happy Mother's Day Everybody!!!
Even if you're not a mom, you had a mom and this day celebrates all those moms!!!

Thanks for the flowers Sal and Victoria!!!

Dream destination....there's a lot of Europe that I'd love to explore...and really stay long enough to feel the culture! After that...well, there is Africa (a safari), Alaska (except I don't enjoy cold), Japan, Hong Kong.....the list just goes on an on!!!

Today in my cup...Ceylon, bits and pieces of three kinds I've got here.

Was looking at ordering more teaware for myself for Mother's Day (want one of these, I've wanted it since someone posted it during the gaiwan contest)
http://purepuer.com/puer_tea/do/product ... Fish%20Set

and I am wanting a couple or three aroma cup sets (anybody got any spares they want to sell?), but I've about talked myself into tea instead of teaware!

Have an awesome day, everybody! I'm sending you all virtual hugs!!!!

- Dreamer

I would love to go somewhere exotic and international. I am not sure where, but somewhere in Europe or Asia sounds pretty good to me. England, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Greece, Japan, etc....as long as there are unique places to explore, it would be fun.

Currently in my cup is fukamushi sencha supreme.

I've been wanting to go up to Vancouver, B.C. (not too far away) and spend some time exploring that city. I've never been there except to drive through twice.

From late last night:

My current favorite teacup - a little Fred Parker number, tea is something from the Signature Blend Box Pass. A poppet pretending to be a kitty. And I finally caught up on some of my reading. Starting the other stack today.

Where indeed? I have long and short lists, domestic and international. I suffer from analysis paralysis about such things and end up doing nothing it seems. Touching the redwoods and giant sequoias are near the top of the list, while Japan and China and other even more exotic Asian destinations are always on the short list. Tea would figure in no matter where it happens to be. :D

Anyone ever see Lonely Planet, used to be on The Travel Channel before being taken over by Discovery, now it is renamed and airs on PBS. Anyway, I always thought that would be so cool how they got right into the cullture on the level of real people.

Began the TeaDay with Yuuki-Cha's Magokoro shincha, quite excellent today! Shared this tea with my wife on her special day.

Next up, Zencha shincha The Ultimate.

Yes-loved/love it :) my fave host back when it was the lonely planet was the girl, can't remember her name, she's come back for a show here and there and then that guy with the british accent- always willing to give it a go. still watch. do you have a fave place from this show? i loved them all!

actually found maryland public tv dangerous to watch for local travel- saw an episode about a subarctic meadow here in md called cranesville swamp preserve in western maryland (near deep creek lake) so later that summer off dh and I went for a long weekend. also went to a bird santuary on the eastern shore from this show....

currently in my cup- margarita ;)

My fave Lonely Planet "explorers" were Ian and Justine, maybe the same 2? They were just naturals for the show's format.

Do cranes visit this swamp?

Adagio Fujian Baroque in my cup currently ... a most ungreen tea.

Darjeeling Balasun First Flush from SpecialTeas in my cup.

Probably my favorite of the '09 FF so far. Hoping Adagio's
arrives tomorrow.

What a beautiful lily, Victoria!

My lovely daughter just sent me an Adagio Gift Certificate for mother's day - I can't wait to spend it!

Had some Nilgiri Glendale this morning, followed by iced Georgia Sunshine (black tea with ginger and peach) mixed with a little bit of Adagio Cinnamon.
