Hm, the artist is Pavel Zamikhovsky. I don't know if someone has ever heard of him - he is a pottery artist who's krafting tea ware (and other things)
His page is
http://zamikhovsky.de/zamikhovsky.html - but I think the page is only in german. I just heard from him a few days ago, when one of my favorit tea stores around the corner had new exciting tea ware. The Hagi was one of them
He moved to germany about a year ago as I heard. When I have enoughe time, I will try to get a personalised Chawan. Never had the chance to get in touch with someone who knows his work and does teaware. (Someone's on this forum who's one of the best pottery makers in terms of Chawan and so on, am I right?

)
Other than that... the Cup is around 3,5 inches / 9 cm high - the glaze is matte (if this is what you mean with the glaze)
Age is unknown, at least to me. I think I will ask him in the future. And the source is a bit tricky, because the tea house I bought it has no website (yet), but it's the "Teassion Tealounge" in cologne. Only website I know of is the facebook profil

@iannon - yeah, that's why I love this cup already

the raku'ish style sure was an eye catcher
Hm, sorry that you have to manually copy the links - the URL-option isn't working for me
