Please share the information when you find out. There are so many sellers that don't ship outside the U.S., it's always good to publicize those who do!

Small plate (15 cm/6 in just the good size for my zisha and my duanni teapots).

Very nice olivierco!
I have been looking at small plates myself for tea uses.

Mmm, I've been using a 9" tin pie plate, but have been thinking a real porcelain plate might be less shameful. The exact feel and shape and material of the thing seem so important, though, that I'm not sure I would feel right about shopping ebay for it. The ones I have seen in real life have all seemed inadequate so far.
Is this the first plate you have acquired for tea purposes? It looks very beautiful - is it antique or new? I do hope you will provide some follow up reports as you receive it and start you use it.

Yes, the first plate acquired for tea purposes.
It is antique. 150 years old according to the seller but quite all the items this seller sells are only 40 or 150 years old, so I am quite skeptical about its age.

From previous posts, the real heavydoom is the guy with the mean wife who won't let him buy any pots!!!
Heavydoom, this is quite a nice collection of Yixings you've got here. If you want to justify buying more, would you please send me 2, 5, and 7? That way you'll have plenty of space to put your new purchases, should your wife approve!
