Here is my intended reply to Geek Girl - I still hate this vendor's guts, but I am going to delete my post. I don't really care about sinking this vendor, but I do not want to do any damage to the relationship between Toru and Hokujo for sharing items and prices I have received "outside the system."

Seigan and Deishi, by nature of their craft, do not appear to be creating identical works. Toru makes sure to note under the Hagi section that every piece is going to vary from the photo somewhat.

In the case of Hokujo, he is able to reliably produce some of his most popular products over and over with much precision. I've not seen anyone claim that a Hokujo kyusu is "one in the world."
