It might actually be a good idea to weigh the water.

Like:
1. Teapot on the scale
2. Tare scale
3. Weigh leaves
4. Tare scale
5. Weigh water

I'll try a 200-gram infusion of sencha next (0.0315 stone for metrically impaired :lol: )

Nice Cinnamon Kitty! Looks like a Foo Dog to me. The foot on the ball is the give away. Or at least it appears he has his foot on a ball. :)
